Katherine has partnered with Anna Sui as lead event producer on numerous New York Fashion Week Ready-to-Wear shows (SS19, FW19, SS20, FW20, SS22, FW23, FW24, FW25,SS26), and has also supported select internal photo shoots.

ieró Beauty is a radiant, high-vibrational beauty and lifestyle brand founded by industry veteran and product visionary Nick Gavrelis. The brand made its debut in September 2022 with its first collection, Moonkissed™, blending soulful intention with luxe formulation.

Katherine has been a strategic consultant to ieró Beauty since its inception, playing a key role in guiding the brand from concept through launch.

In her work with ieró Beauty, Katherine has:

Katherine partnered with tablette™ from its inception through its successful direct-to-consumer launch in Spring 2022, playing a hands-on role in bringing the brand from concept to market.

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is an award-winning brand founded by legendary makeup artist and entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury. One of the UK’s most iconic beauty exports, the brand is globally recognized for its powerful blend of artistry, innovation, and universally loved skincare and makeup products.

Katherine was engaged as a consultant to lead a full-scale assessment of the brand’s Global Pro Team, delivering a strategic roadmap to standardize operations, strengthen leadership, and drive long-term efficiency.

In her collaboration with Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Katherine:

• Conducted a comprehensive audit of the Global Pro Team, reviewing mission, strategy, structure, hiring, compensation, and job roles

• Stepped in as interim director to align and lead the team during transition, including oversight of a secondment program promoting junior talent to senior roles

• Restructured and standardized the recruitment process, successfully headhunting key hires and implementing a unified interview framework

• Authored and presented an in-depth strategy report outlining performance benchmarks, key challenges, and actionable solutions

Red Sea Week, October 2024, marked the debut of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 luxury destination strategy with the first-ever global celebration on Sindalah Island, NEOM. Produced by Robb Report, this multi-day experience brought together over 600 ultra-high-net-worth guests, global media, and iconic luxury brands for a groundbreaking showcase of culture, design, innovation, and hospitality.

As a Senior Producer for Robb Report and LDJ, Katherine played a mission-critical role in the successful execution of this historic event—ensuring excellence across scale, logistics, and experience.

Katherine's responsibilities included:

• Managing over 500 staff, overseeing travel, accommodations, Visas, facial recognition IDs,and on-site logistics for both personnel and 600 guests

• Coordinating island-wide transportation, including sea and air transfers to Sindalah via Lamborghini yachts, helicopters, and luxury ferries

• Partnering with global stakeholders, local teams, and Robb Report leadership to ensure seamless operations and brand alignment

• Supporting luxury brand motivations and island-wide programming across culinary, fashion, wellness, and entertainment

Red Sea Week was not only the largest private activation ever hosted in NEOM—it also set a new global standard for destination events, hospitality, and cultural diplomacy.

Held during SXSW 2024 in Austin, House of Robb was a sophisticated, members-only retreat produced by Robb Report to showcase the future of luxury across design, travel, tech, automotive, and lifestyle. Set against the creative energy of SXSW, the immersive experience drew a discerning crowd of VIPs, innovators, and brand tastemakers.

Katherine worked as part of a team with LDJ productions for House of Robb, bringing her signature blend of high-touch execution and creative vision to an event that embodied modern luxury at its most aspirational.

In her work on House of Robb, Katherine:

• Oversaw end-to-end event production across multiple days and activations, managing complex logistics and premium standards
• Collaborated with brand partners and stakeholders to bring their creative concepts to life through immersive, on-brand environments
• Sourced and managed top-tier vendors across scenic, tech, AV, hospitality, and staffing
• Directed a cross-functional team to deliver seamless guest experiences for media, celebrities, influencers, and industry leaders
• Managed onsite programming including intimate panels, private tastings, and luxury product showcases

NARS is a globally recognized beauty brand known for its bold artistry, modern edge, and cult-favorite products. During a key transition period, Katherine joined the NARS team as a Creative Producer, covering maternity leave and leading the production of high-impact content across platforms.

In this role, Katherine was responsible for end-to-end production of both still life and model-based photo and video shoots—from early pre-production through final delivery. Her work spanned social media, e-commerce, product detail pages (PDP), and global campaign assets.

Key Contributions:

• Produced shoots across categories including product stills, model e-comm, social content, and campaign imagery
• Managed budgets, schedules, talent coordination, and vendor negotiations
• Collaborated closely with in-house creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints
